Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Products
Ensure the cosmetics are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with your original packing slip included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
